Dear Fellow ISTCians,
The present Executive Committee of ISTCOSA has almost completed only one year of its present term of two-years. However the President, Aseet Pal malik, 8057 has shifted to Delhi to take care of some business matters and Girbur Goyal, Gen Secretary is unduly busy with his growing business and hence it has been decided to hold fresh elections on 5th October 2024. The undersigned has been entrusted with the responsibility of holding these elections for the new Executive Committee of ISTCOSA.
Applications are invited from Life-Members of ISTCOSA for elections to the following Posts:

All life members are eligible to apply for any one post as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Application, on the attached Form, must be supported by two life members. (One nominating the candidature and the other seconding it).
Candidates are requested to download the application form, complete it and send a scanned copy to the “Returning Officer” i.e. the undersigned on email ID: returningofficer@istcosa.com .
All three i.e. candidate, person nominating the candidate, & the one seconding it are required to be present at the time of election failing which the candidature will be assumed to be withdrawn.
The venue for elections will be informed in due course of time
